This incredible home features side steps leading to a large covered deck that wraps around to the east side of the home, along with covered front steps for easy entry. There is plenty of parking available, plus a golf cart garage for added convenience.

Step inside and you’ll find a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, fun games, or planning the next day’s adventures. The dining area features a high-top table with seating for 8, ideal for family meals. Just off the dining area is a cozy reading nook with a recliner, offering a quiet spot to unwind.

The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 2, plenty of cabinet space, and a pantry for storing snacks and essentials.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including:

We prefer to give our guest their privacy. We are always here if you need us via messenger, text or phone.

Ocean Lakes is a large gated community. It only has private roads with a 10 mph speed limit. Safe to ride bikes , golf carts, scooters etc. Two watersides, multiple pools , large lazy river, indoor pool , arcade , putt-putt and organized activities at the community center. There are also basketball ball courts, cornhole courts and playgrounds . One mile of beach frontage.

• All guests have to purchase a parking pass from Ocean Lakes. The cost is $15.00 per day per vehicle if paid for when you arrive. The pass is $12.00 a day if purchased two weeks before you arrive. Our team will get you registered as quickly as we can after you finalize your booking.

• We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) — for longer stays, you may want to bring extras

• Please rinse off sand before entering to keep things fresh
