Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable place to recharge between Myrtle Beach adventures. Fresh linens are provided, so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation right away.

Living Room Sleeper Sofa:

The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. It's perfect for children, teens, or additional family members traveling with you.

The home features 2 full bathrooms, making mornings and getting ready after a day at the beach convenient for everyone.

Primary En-Suite Bathroom:

A private full bathroom connected directly to the primary bedroom for added comfort and convenience.

Second Full Bathroom:

A conveniently located full bathroom serving the rest of the home and providing easy access for guests throughout the day.

This setup is especially convenient for families or two couples sharing the home, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.

🏖️ Ocean Lakes Rules & Registration

Ocean Lakes is a large, gated, family-oriented community with private roads and a 10 MPH speed limit. Please follow all campground rules during your stay.

🚗 Parking Passes:

All guests must purchase a parking pass directly from the community. The cost is $15.00 per day, per vehicle if purchased upon arrival. However, you can save money by purchasing it for $12.00 a day if bought at least two weeks before your arrival! Our team will get you registered as quickly as possible after your booking is finalized.

Pet Policy:

🐾 Pets are welcome! We know they're part of the family, so your furry friends are welcome to join your beach vacation. A $80 pet fee per stay applies. Please disclose pets prior to arrival and follow all Ocean Lakes rules regarding pets, leashes, cleanup, and designated areas.

🧻 Starter Kits & Care:

🧼 We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, basic cleaning supplies, etc.). For longer stays, you will want to bring extras.

🏖️ Beach & Sand

🚿 Please use the campground's outdoor shower areas when possible and shake out beach items before bringing them inside. Help us keep the cottage clean and comfortable for everyone!

🛺 Complimentary Use of Golf Cart Use:

🪪 A golf cart is available at no additional charge. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

💳 The cart does not take a key. There will be a lanyard hanging in the house with a card in it. Tap the card on the symbol on the dash to start the car. Tap it again to turn off.

🔋 The cart has a meter that tells how much charge it has. The charging cord is under the back seat. Once it gets to 100%, please unplug the cord and replace it back under the seat.

🔌 The golf cart should be charged when you arrive. Please make sure you plug the cart up to charge at the end of your stay so the next guest has a charged cart also.

📍 The golf cart rules are posted on the refrigerator, please read them before operating the cart.

➕ Extra Cart: An additional cart may be available on a first-come, first-served basis for $50/day.

🚫 Do not turn the fridge temperature above the recommended setting.
