• We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) — for longer stays, you may want to bring extras

• Please rinse off sand before entering to keep things fresh

• Linens are included

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community. The renter agrees to comply with all Ocean Lakes rules, campground regulations, local laws, and state laws.

The following are prohibited:

• Parties

• Illegal drugs

• Underage drinking

• Smoking or vaping inside the home

• Candles or incense

• Excessive noise

• Disorderly conduct

Golf Cart Rules - Driver MUST be at least 25 years of age with valid driver’s license in their possession (with them). The Licensed Driver must be in control of the golf car at all times (hands on wheel, foot on pedals).

Reckless driving, horseplay, racing or other misuse of the golf car. Drivers must obey all traffic signs and yield to pedestrians.

Taking rental golf cars off property – DO NOT go past the entry Gates or onto the beach.

Lewd, vulgar or offensive music [and language] in the campground – Remember young eyes and young ears!

NO Open containers of alcohol anywhere but your site. Please, for everyone’s safety, do not drive while intoxicated or drinking alcohol, this includes Golf Cars. No tolerance for underage drinking. Alcohol cannot be distributed. Violators could be trespassed from the campground and subject to additional fines or local law enforcement charges for driving under the influence.

Age Curfew | Guests under 21 years of age are subject to Ocean Lakes’ curfew and must return to their site by Midnight unless accompanied by an adult from their site, or the guest (or their parent/guardian) will be subject to a $100 fine without warning. This policy applies year-round from Midnight to 5 AM. Please carry your ID at all times.

Golf Car Curfew | Ocean Lakes has a Midnight curfew for the operation of a Golf Car and other modes of transportation (such as e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) year-round. These modes of transportation (golf cars, e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) must return to their registered site by Midnight and will be subject to a $100 fine without warning if operated from Midnight to 5 AM. Guests must have a valid Driver’s License on their person while driving. You should have your ID on you at all times. | Quiet Hours remain 11 PM – 7 AM.

Our policies and rules are in place to help promote the safety of our guests and teammates. We want to emphasize that QUIET HOURS are 11 PM to 7 AM. Guests are expected to behave in a manner as to not disturb or annoy their neighbors. Radios, televisions, and other sources of noise must be kept within the bounds of moderation at all times. You must follow the strict speed limit of 10MPH at all times. You must obey all STOP signs as if you were operating a motor vehicle.
